Job Title: Field Service Representative I

Are you a skilled professional seeking a challenging role that combines technical expertise with customer satisfaction? As a Field Service Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers in the field.


Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection procedures to provide top-notch service to customers.
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and promoting best practices.
  • Maintain full compliance with safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Execute required chemistry tests, log and report data, and maintain product inventories at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to execute agreed-upon customer system assurance plans.
  • Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving pain points, and escalating as required.
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform cooling tower cleaning, treatment, and large-scale water disinfection operations.
  • Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and basic hand power tools to complete service tasks efficiently.

Position Details

  • This position is based in a specific location, covering a defined territory with targeted accounts within specific industries.
  • The ideal candidate will have up to XX overnight travel requirements.
