We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and correlations, and develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize targeting strategies to enhance personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with digital, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to derive insights from data.
  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel skills, including programming knowledge of Python, R, SAS (Enterprise Guide, E-Miner, VIYA).
  • Work with databases such as SQL Server and MongoDB, and leverage visualization tools like R-Shiny, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Apply machine learning & statistical techniques, including regression (linear, logistic), ensemble methods (random forest, gradient boosting).

Desirable Experience:

  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector.
  • Experience building investor behavior models, early warning systems, and propensity models.
  • Strong understanding of investor behavior, digital customer journeys, and financial product analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in automating data pipelines, web scraping, and predictive analytics.
