Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Optimal Virtual Employee. The ideal candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth through inside sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to understand and address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to generate new leads.

• Qualify leads based on company criteria and needs.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients.

• Customize sales pitches and proposals based on client needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.

• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

• Track and report on sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales activities, and pipeline status.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about product updates and developments.

• Coordinate with the customer support team to address any client issues or concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• 6 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role on the international market.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to understand and articulate complex product/service features and benefits.

• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

• Team player with a collaborative attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: 5-day work from the Office

• Travel: Minimal travel required (if any).

• Shift Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM for the initial 1 month then 2 pm - 11 pm
