About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key part in identifying trends, patterns, and relationships within our data.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the integrity of automated reports, design, implement, and analyze experiments to optimize opportunities across channels.

In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying top-performing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies, creating dashboards and reports for informed decision-making, and evaluating trends for performance and opportunities.

To succeed in this position, you should have strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required, along with 3+ years of experience with Tableau.

A Tableau Qualified Associate Certification is preferred, as is experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift. High proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
  • Maintain the integrity of automated reports by ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to optimize opportunities across channels.
  • Identify top-performing customer segments for targeted marketing strategies.
  • Create dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.
  • Evaluate trends for performance and opportunities.
  • Establish instrumentation and reporting standards with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate actionable data insights effectively.
  • Manage delivery of scheduled and ad-hoc reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau.
  • Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift a plus.
  • High proficiency in Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
