Fabrication Manager Role

At the core of our production process lies a crucial position - the Fabrication Manager. This key role oversees daily fabrication activities, ensuring seamless execution of production schedules while upholding high-quality standards.

The Fabrication Manager is responsible for planning and managing daily fabrication tasks in accordance with established production schedules. Effective management of manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools is also essential to maintaining operational efficiency.

Productivity improvement is another significant aspect of this role. The ideal candidate will be able to drive productivity gains, minimize rework, and reduce delays, all while meeting or exceeding quality expectations.

Additionally, the successful applicant should possess strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols. Leadership skills are also vital, as they will be required to supervise and guide a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage daily fabrication activities as per production schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards.
  • Effectively manage manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools.
  • Drive productivity improvements, control rework, and minimize delays.
  • Guarantee timely WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical expertise in fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols.
  • Excellent leadership and hands-on supervision skills.
