Strategic Financial Leader

We are seeking a sharp and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to drive financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

This role is key to driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes in collaboration with various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to present actionable insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial analysis and models.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle, etc.).
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
