Academic Mathematician

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics to students of Grades 10 to 12 in accordance with CBSE curriculum, utilizing teaching methods that foster analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Develop engaging and concept-driven lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and enhance student performance.
• Prepare students for board examinations through intensive practice sessions and one-on-one doubt-clearing interactions.
• Maintain accurate academic records, including student assessments, assignments, and evaluations, to track progress and inform instruction.
• Evaluate and adapt digital tools and modern teaching methodologies to optimize learning outcomes and stay up-to-date with best practices.
• Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth, engagement, and social development.
• Collaborate with subject peers and academic coordinators to ensure effective curriculum implementation and share expertise.
• Participate in regular parent-teacher interactions, staff meetings, and professional development workshops to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
