Job Title: Computer Operator and Office Assistant

**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Computer Operator and Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, managing databases, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school office
* Manage student data and maintain accurate records
* Prepare reports using Excel and Tally software
* Coordinate with guardians and students to resolve issues related to student store balances
* Perform other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements:**
* Graduate degree from a recognized university
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Basic understanding of database management systems
* Familiarity with Tally software an asset
