Job Title: Senior Associate, Treasury Back Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Treasury team as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day operational support in cash management and cash flow forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process Treasury payments, including FX deals, MMF investments, RCF and bond debt repayments etc. by settling payments made via SWIFT and inputting payments in banking platforms when required.
  2. Confirm Treasury deals within and outside of TMS as applicable.
  3. Assist Treasury payment queries and support business payment queries where necessary.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Support daily cash positioning by working with Front Office on any cash management settlement unexpected payments and receipts.
  2. Handle customer issues, input relevant static data into Integrity, and support the resolution of Integrity systems issues etc.
  3. Support the administration of the SWIFT bureau ECHOS and Bank fee analysis.
Skills Required:
  • Strong Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent listening and Interpersonal and social skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills and desire to improve ways of working in the team.
  • Must be control focused, ability to multi-task and work under tight schedule.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Master MBA degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-6 years work experience in Treasury Operations or banking field preferred.
