Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Design Specialist to produce high-quality visual assets that align with client briefs, brand guidelines, and our creative standards.

This role focuses on designing static and digital creatives for social media, campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple design assignments
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Maintaining and elevating the agency's visual identity
  • Staying abreast of design trends
  • Utilizing relevant tools
Key Responsibilities
  • Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Meeting agreed project deadlines
  • Collaboration with internal teams for seamless feedback incorporation
  • Active participation in brainstorming sessions, workshops, or design reviews
  • Utilizing professional editing tools and AI for improved output
  • Following company processes for efficient delivery
  • Regular reporting to managers
Key Tasks and Activities
  1. Graphic Design & Visualization
    • Creating attractive designs based on briefs in a timely manner for social media content and other assets for assigned brands.
    • Working closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and help visualize assets to communicate ideas effectively.
    • Tracking Turnaround Time (TAT) for all assigned projects; adhering to established timelines is mandatory.
    • Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future design work and output efficiency.
    • Following company process to deliver design work efficiently.
    • Using professional tools and AI to improve designs.
  2. Moodboard Creation and Visual Tone Setting
    • Setting the tone and direction for videos to set consistency and direction in video content for existing and new brands when required.
    • Updating editing styles, learning new techniques, staying up-to-date with new effects and transitions to stay fresh and in sync with video trends and philosophies.
  3. Research
    • Staying current with social media trends, algorithms, and consumer psychology.
    • Constant research on the use of different editing styles for different brands.
    • New tools and AI for improvement.
  4. Teamwork
    • Understanding internal and client feedback and improving for future video work.
    • Being a team player and helping peers in high-pressure situations.
  5. Reporting
    • Reporting to manager regularly.
    • Updating task list in real-time on ZOHO.
