Voice Collector

This is a challenging customer service role that involves providing support and collections via phone calls.

Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls, eligibility verification, authorization, and updating patient information.

The ideal candidate should have experience in RCM/DME and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to resolve customer queries
• Proficiency in data entry and typing
• Multi-tasking and adaptability

• Graduate degree from any stream
• 12-24 months of International Voice process experience in patient handling or provider/DME AR calling
