Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering creative requirements, designing, and executing tasks efficiently.

  • Develop creatives for advertisements, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Organize and assign work using project management tools.
  • Continuously research and create new ideas and templates to enhance visual appeal.
  • Establish a consistent tone for each brand and provide guidelines to junior designers.
  • Delegate repetitive tasks to relevant team members and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet timely design requirements.
  • Raise awareness when work is overloaded or priorities are unclear.
Responsibilities
  • Work in a deadline-driven environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Take feedback on designs from management until brand guidelines are established.
  • Study brands' social media presence to understand their aesthetics and design evolution.
  • Recruit and develop departments by training and mentoring new team members.
  • Escalate team and work-related issues to the appropriate channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication capacity.
  • Knowledge of interactive design, including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Prior experience in Design and editing software.
  • Degree in Creative or Artistic Discipline.
