Job Title: Operations Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Development Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys via phone calls to gather insights on our services.
  • Analyze responses, identify trends, and document findings to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain exceptional communication skills and ensure a positive interaction with customers at all times.
Audio & Video Quality Assurance:
  • Review audio and video content for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
  • Identify and report any inconsistencies or issues in content to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content standards and improve overall quality.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with customers.
  • Basic understanding of audio/video quality assessment is a plus.
  • Availability to work from our Bangalore office for three months.
