Job Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative cosmetic and personal care products.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on formulation expertise, regulatory awareness, project management capability, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

This position involves developing new formulations based on customer briefs, market trends, and scientific innovation. You will conduct research on new cosmetic ingredients and improve existing product formulations to ensure prototypes meet safety, stability, efficacy, and sensory requirements.

Additional responsibilities include guiding technology transfer of formulations from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring scalability, consistency, and efficiency. You will also support pilot batches and scale-up trials, resolving issues related to product stability or performance.
