Responsibilities:

  • Create theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that accurately assess candidates' knowledge and understanding.
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases to evaluate candidates' practical skills.
  • Organize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure a challenging yet manageable experience for candidates.
  • Ensure originality and high quality of questions to maintain assessment integrity.
  • Collaborate with the development team to align with assessment requirements and deliver a high-quality product.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is beneficial.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that meets the highest standards.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage.
