We are seeking a skilled Senior Finance Transformation Engineer to join our Global ERP Engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver solutions across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Transaction Matching, supporting automated reconciliations, compliance, and global financial reporting accuracy.

About the Role:

You will combine functional expertise with technical build skills (configuration, reporting, integrations) to drive the next generation of finance transformation.

Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing ARCS for balance sheet reconciliations and automated matching of high-volume transactions, implementing Transaction Matching rules and automation, developing dashboards and reports, and partnering with ERP teams to deliver integrated reconciliation processes.

As a Senior Finance Transformation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology – development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with ARCS/Transaction Matching delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global teams.
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and peers.
  • Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle Certifications (ARCS / EPM) are preferred, and we encourage team members to complete certification as part of their growth and to support delivery excellence.
  • Exposure to FCCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, or additional EPM modules.
  • Scripting skills (SQL, EPM Automate).

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration of reconciliation formats, matching rules, profiles, and compliance dashboards, as well as knowledge of reconciliation automation, variance analysis, and compliance reporting.

Familiarity with OIC, Data Management, OTBI, Smart View, and agile ways of working (JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD exposure) is also desirable.
