We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to craft an exceptional user experience for a mobile-first platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Experience (UX)
    • Design user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key features.
    • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
    • Optimize the user journey for a seamless and intuitive experience.
  • User Interface (UI)
    • Create high-fidelity designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
    • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive and adaptive designs.
    • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and well-thought-out animations.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
    • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth development handoff.
    • Work with branding teams to maintain visual consistency.
  • Design Systems
    • Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
    • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Testing and Iteration
    • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform's design.
    • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance usability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning interfaces.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools.
    • A deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development to bridge the gap between design and development.
