Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to join our team. As an eLearning Developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality eLearning content and modules that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with instructional design, graphic design, and project management. You will work closely with our subject matter experts to develop engaging and interactive content that meets the learning objectives.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has excellent communication skills. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating innovative learning experiences, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain eLearning content and modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and interactive content.
  • Work closely with our project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Design measurement instruments and create advanced learning activities questions for quizzes and certification exams.

Requirements
  • Experience with instructional design, graphic design, and project management.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and performance-based learning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
