Lead Front-End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced front-end developer to lead our development team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality front-end user interfaces and experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
    • Angular: 5+ years of experience with Angular framework.
    • TypeScript: Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript language.
    • HTML/CSS: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (SCSS) and responsive design principles.
    • Build Tools: Hands-on experience with Angular CLI and other build tools.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility:
    • Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and techniques to resolve them.
  • State Management:
    • Experience with state management libraries like NgRx.
  • Unit Testing:
    • Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like Jasmine and Karma.
  • Debugging and Problem-Solving:
    • Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and Communication:
    • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Version Control:
    • Familiarity with GIT version control systems.
  • Design Systems and Architecture:
    • Knowledge of design systems and component-based architecture.
Preferred Skills:
  • Micro-Frontends:
    • Experience with micro-frontends architecture.
  • Server-Side Rendering:
    • Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) techniques.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Experience with performance optimization tools and techniques.
  • Accessibility Standards:
    • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
