Identity Management Specialist Job Description

This position is responsible for managing and securing the identity management infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity management systems, including Radiant Logic and Oracle Unified Directory.

  • Hands-on experience with identity synchronization, virtual directory services, and federation is essential.
  • A strong knowledge of security protocols, such as LDAP and AD, is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage identity management solutions using Radiant Logic's platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to identity synchronization, data flow, and directory services.
  • Configure and optimize the Radiant Logic platform to meet customer-specific requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of information security experience or experience in working with information security products/platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and IIS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with database platforms, such as MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL, is also beneficial.

Bonus Points:

  • Any security certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in scripting or querying languages utilizing SQL/Powershell is also a bonus.
