Job Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior QA Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement UI test flows with Playwright
  • Automate backend/API tests using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent
  • Develop smoke tests, regression suites, kill switches, and sanity checks
  • Integrate automated tests into GitHub pipelines for continuous validation
  • Debug failing builds, isolate bugs, and log them promptly
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and release teams to stay aligned
  • Maintain test data and manage test environments
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools
  • Solid understanding of API testing, version control, and test lifecycle
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Proficiency in writing, maintaining, and debugging automated test scripts
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools (K6, JMeter) is a plus
  • Exposure to testing AI/ML-based systems is a nice to have
