HopeQure offers a comprehensive digital healthcare platform, providing seamless medical services. As a tele-consultant diabetologist, you will offer online diabetes care to adults/adolescents and drive measurable outcomes through structured tele-consults.

Clinical skills are required for diagnosing, treating, and managing diabetes. You must be able to interpret lab results, SMBG logs, CGM reports, and device data to create personalized targets and titration plans.

• Key Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Care: Diagnose, treat, and manage diabetes; initiate/adjust oral agents & insulin; design step-up/step-down protocols.
2. Data-Guided Management: Interpret labs, SMBG logs, CGM reports, and device data; create personalized targets and titration plans.
3. Care Pathways: Co-create diet, activity, and behaviour-change plans with psychologists; coordinate referrals when needed.
4. e-Prescription & Documentation: Issue safe e-prescriptions; maintain structured EMR notes, problem lists, meds, allergies, and follow-up plans.
5. Follow-Ups & Continuity: Plan reviews, medication adherence checks, complication screening reminders.
6. Patient Education: Simple counselling on nutrition, exercise, foot care, sick-day management, and device use.
7. Quality & Safety: Identify red flags and escalate appropriately.
