About the Role:

We seek talented and innovative professionals to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for designing, developing, and deploying novel solutions in the sales enterprise domain.

This role involves conceptualizing, designing, implementing, and owning the entire lifecycle of LLM-powered features and prototypes.

  • Solution Design & Development: Conceptualize, design, and implement robust and scalable applications leveraging LLMs.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine complex prompts and prompt chains to steer model behavior, ensure accuracy, and optimize for performance and cost.
  • AI Agent & Orchestration: Build and deploy autonomous agents and multi-step workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly prototype new ideas, conduct experiments to evaluate different models and techniques, and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluation & Monitoring: Establish robust metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure the quality and reliability of LLM outputs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering production-ready models and a solid understanding of core machine learning concepts and the fundamentals of how LLMs work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A deep understanding of Large Language Models and their applications.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
