System Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled System Reliability Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on system reliability.

The successful candidate will design and implement system-focused reliability strategies for enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure, developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues, as well as proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, and expertise in testing tools like Apache JMeter and Rational Performance Tester.

The selected individual will work closely with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams to monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios, highlighting performance bottlenecks and proposing reliability enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement system reliability strategies for enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure.
  2. Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and scenarios that validate fault tolerance, system recovery, and high availability.
  3. Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams to monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios.
