Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at NMIMS. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and targets.
  • Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure alignment with broader university brand and recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize market research and data analysis to inform planning and delivery.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure spend is appropriately planned and monitored.
  • Provide marketing leadership and advice to non-marketing colleagues.

Requirements

  • Full-time MBA from a recognized university with specialization in marketing and digital marketing.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrable success in a marketing role.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver comprehensive marketing programs that achieve results.
  • Experience of creating departmental/school-level marketing strategies and operational plans.
  • Excellent creative skills, including copywriting and an innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analysis, and software applications.
