Hiring for the Position of Sr. Manager Analytics.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in analytics and leadership to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing ML/DL models and algorithms to address complex business problems.

Candidates should be proficient in Python, deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and NLP tools such as Huggingface and SpaCy.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, MLOps, API development using FastAPI, and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes is essential.

A successful candidate will analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and applying advanced techniques like transfer learning and reinforcement learning.

They will also conduct research on the latest trends in analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process.

Additional responsibilities include developing clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results, participating in code reviews, and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

The role requires excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for innovation and excellence.
