Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Plumbing Professional to join our team as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing plumbing and firefighting systems for large-scale commercial projects, including high-rise buildings and campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Management: Oversee the design of all PHE (Plumbing) Systems for new and refurbishment projects.
  • Plumbing & Firefighting System Design: Design and execute plumbing and firefighting systems for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses, including high-side and low-side systems.
  • Rainwater Harvesting & Storm Water Management Systems: Design and execute rainwater harvesting systems, storm water management systems at building and campus level.
  • Sewage Treatment Plants & Water Treatment Plants: Design and execute Sewage Treatment Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Fire Hydrant systems, Fire Sprinkler system, Fire Tender Roads, Fire Pump Room, etc. for large building & campuses.
  • BOQ Optimization: Review and optimize BOQs, specifications, and designs for all works.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with national building codes, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines.
  • Technical Evaluation: Conduct technical evaluation of vendor proposals and prepare comparisons and recommendations.
  • Project Management: Manage project execution with help of vendor partners for successful and timely completion of projects.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage complete lifecycle from design to commissioning independently.
  • Retrofit Opportunities: Identify opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus aligned with organization's set standards.
  • Operations Excellence: Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world-class buildings and campuses.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage other Infrastructure-related works.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in plumbing and firefighting system design and execution.
  • Strong understanding of national building codes and green building guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
