Job Title: Legal Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Litigation Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including court appearances, research, and drafting submissions.

  • Court Appearances: The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in various courts, including Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, and other forums.
  • Research and Briefing: They will be required to conduct thorough research on diverse propositions using research databases within tight deadlines and brief cases in a summarized manner.
  • Drafting Submissions: The role involves drafting of brief notes, written submissions, counter affidavits, status reports, and brief notes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Administrative tasks related to cases, including client dealing and compliance, will also be a part of the job.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a litigation office, preferably at the Delhi High Court. The role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
