Job Description:

The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This role involves architecting and deploying solutions around key areas such as Discovery & Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and Cloud Management.

This position requires collaboration with various teams including ITSM/CMDB/DevOps/Cloud to ensure seamless integration with other ITIL processes and cloud platforms. The successful candidate will also define and enforce best practices for CMDB health, data quality, and service visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Suite (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Cloud Management)
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes, CMDB structure, and relationship modeling
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Cloud Native Tools (AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Operations)
  • Experience in API integrations, orchestration, and automation tools
  • Working knowledge of AIOps, machine learning-based operations insights
