Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager or Analyst to join our team as a key player in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test scripts, and process plans for projects. They will work closely with various departments to perform and validate test cases based on quality requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.

The successful candidate will ensure that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, is fully functional and user-friendly. To be successful as a Quality Manager or Analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure all objectives are met and compliance is maintained.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product.
  • Identify and remedy defects within the production process to minimize losses.
  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure user expectations are met during the testing process to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures to standardize processes.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues to resolve them promptly.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements to avoid penalties.
