Job Overview

  • As a senior Salesforce professional, we are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead the implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in managing small teams and technical projects, with a strong background in Salesforce development, including Apex classes, triggers, and controllers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience with Lightning components and applications, as well as custom objects, fields, and page layouts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of Salesforce solutions and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain apex classes, triggers, and controllers to extend Salesforce functionality.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce implementations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex classes, triggers, and controllers.
  • Experience with Lightning components and applications, as well as custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
