Job Title: Visionary Project Architect

We are seeking a senior architect to lead and manage projects from conceptualization to final project handover. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of project designs with detailed drawings and BOQs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project designs with detailed drawings and BOQs, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Represent the company's ideas confidently in speech and technical presentations to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals, including building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architecture, structural, and MEP consultants, liaison architects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
  • Manage supporting staff, oversee the provision of assistance on projects, and prepare BOQs as per allocated budgets, providing clear direction and guidance to project teams.

Detailed Job Description:

  • Interact professionally with clients, translating design ideas into sketches and monitoring the design process from conception to construction administration, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Understand building technologies, environmental design, and employ structural practice, construction techniques, and closely monitor preparation/update of technical drawings, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Have in-depth knowledge and adherence to prepared bills of quantities, update exclusions or inclusions of items, and be available constantly to assigned site supervisors and project teams, providing expert advice and guidance.
