Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our creative team as we expand our capabilities.

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.

You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional clients to create engaging visuals that align with their brand identity and resonate with their target audience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive communication design
  • Be in sync with current design trends around the globe. Should have the ability to translate ideas into tangible design concepts.
  • Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task
  • Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of time
  • P presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
  • Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
  • Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
  • Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactively work by coordinating handoffs, sharing context, and aligning on shared goals.
  • Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches.
  • Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
  • Bachelor s degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio (3 - 5 pieces) demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.
  • Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD,).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.
  • Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.
  • Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
