We are seeking a skilled conversational interface designer to join our team. This is a long-term contract opportunity with 100% remote work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years of expertise in Dialogflow ES/CX. Your strong technical background and proficiency in Dialogflow will enable you to design, develop, and deploy conversational interfaces that meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop highly interactive and user-friendly conversational interfaces using Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Implement and integrate Dialogflow with various third-party services and APIs.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 12 years of overall experience in software development.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Dialogflow ES/CX.
  • Strong understanding of Dialogflow's capabilities and limitations.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
  • Experience with machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
