Job Title: Senior MES Manager

• A Senior MES Manager is required to oversee the conversion of legacy MES systems to standard MES systems for existing lines and processes in a specified region.
• The individual will ensure that all new projects, lines, and machines are launched with standard MES inbuilt within the region.
• This role involves training and developing resources on the development of standard MES applications within the region.
• The Senior MES Manager will work closely with Open IT/MDC teams on PMS enhancements and connections with other digital tools.
• Responsibilities include taking care of all cybersecurity requirements.
• Sometimes, the individual may need to support MDC Automation teams on projects.

• Align each location's execution plan with the global roadmap.
• Plan detailed implementation activities.
• Follow up with the team for execution roadmaps.
• Identify risks in projects and mitigate them.
• Ensure smooth execution by integrating with various stakeholders (plant, central team, MDC Team + Open IT Team interactions).

• Strong knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus, Ethernet, CAN, Profibus).
• Strong PLC programming (Control Expert, Machine Expert).
• Familiar with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).

• Ensure CTP CTQs of machines and testers are captured and pushed to cloud/Server.
• PY/JD dashboard creation, Traceability tools implementation.
