About Our Role

We're seeking a strategic advertising expert to oversee the development, execution, and optimization of ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This individual will play a crucial role in driving results for our clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and strategy teams to build high-performing campaigns.
  • Maintain campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.

We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of paid media KPIs like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, cost per click (CPC), and CPL.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • A data-driven mindset with a keen eye for campaign insights and optimizations.
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries or verticals.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
  • Experience working in a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
