Job Title: Strategic Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of a team, ensuring productivity and output are maintained. The incumbent will work closely with designers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance their performance.

  • Strategic planning and execution of 12-15 projects on a monthly basis.
  • Leadership of a team of 6-10 designers, focusing on improving productivity and quality of work.
  • Customer experience management and relationship development.
  • Key performance metrics tracking, including design Net Promoter Survey results.
  • Training and mentoring designers on technical skills and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, or equivalent.
  • Master's degree in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful residential/interior projects (end-to-end project management).
