Nurse Practitioner

Operational Skills Required:

• Fluency in English
• Assisting doctors and carrying out their orders
• Recording vital signs of patients and monitoring
• Taking RBS, ECG, and monitoring patients with cardiac monitors
• Ensuring all emergency medicines and equipment are in working condition in the clinic
• Assisting, guiding, and educating patients
• Follow-up with patients for day-to-day affairs
• Admission of patients in hospitals
• Strict compliance with medical record keeping in EMR software
• Follow-up with TPAs and query management
• Ability to withdraw blood samples from pediatric patients over 3 years old
• Adherence to updated international healthcare guidelines

Administrative and Coordination Skills Required:

• Checking inventories, equipment, and requisition of supplies
• Monthly inventory management, indenting, stock keeping, record keeping, and asset keeping
• Nursing documentation, such as prescriptions, tests, medication, and patient records
• Orientation to junior nursing team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with patients and team members
• Conversant with communication approaches over the telephone and via electronic media
• Data-driven and well-versed in MS Office, email, and electronic media

Education and Experience:

• BSc. (Nursing) with at least 2-3 years of similar experience

Compliances:

• Registration with Delhi Nursing Council (DMC)
