We're a young growth-obsessed marketing agency seeking an experienced paid ads growth specialist for eCommerce & Home Services brands based in India and the USA.

We've achieved $250 Mil+ in revenue growth for our eCommerce and Home services brands over the last 5 years, and we're currently scaling our client roster.

We require someone willing to go the extra mile to drive results and improve the overall experience working with us and our brands.

For the right candidate, performance incentives will be offered on top of base pay, based on achieved results. Remote work is possible if you can deliver results and coordinate efficiently with our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Researching account/brand demographics to suggest relevant ad copy/creative/funnel structure ideas.
  • Client communication and confidence building.
  • Conducting A/B tests to gather insights.
  • Following a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Suggesting and optimizing new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to increase ROAS/conversions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes and updates to incorporate into our strategy.
  • Collaborating with us and our brands to achieve target KPIs.
  • Writing creative copies with a direct response focus.

Requirements:

Experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.

A minimum of $25,000 in ad spend managed.

At least 2-4 years of performance marketing experience.

Key skills include excellent grammar, writing, and editing abilities, as well as the ability to write effective marketing copy.
