Job Title: Senior Java Spring Developer

This is a senior-level position for a Java Spring developer who will take the lead in providing complex application development services.

  1. analyze, design, code, test and implement systematic solutions to meet customer requirements;
  2. provide general support to maintain applications that meet service levels, system availability, performance and quality levels required by customers;
  3. mentor less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead role for analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing more complex application enhancements with minimal or no defects;
  • Utilize and participate in the full system development life cycle, per current standards;
  • Collaborate with customers, business analysts, partners, and IT team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions;
  • Provide required technical support including release implementations, on-call and 24x7 supports when necessary;
  • Perform work in compliance with all relevant standards, policies and procedures;
  • Actively participate on project teams in various project roles including Developer, Technical Lead and Project Manager based upon level of experience.

Role Specific Expectations:

  • Candidate with 7 + yrs of experience in Java/Spring development;
  • Exposure to Microservices architecture with REST API;
  • Hands on experience in devops tools like Git , Gradle;
  • Design to deployment of a micro services application;
  • Knowledge on Cloud is added advantage;
  • Handled NFR( Non Functional Requirements) development.
