Plastic Surgery Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgery Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surgical equipment, ensuring it is sterile and ready for use.
- Assist plastic surgeons during procedures, providing direct support and maintaining a safe environment.
- Participate in preoperative patient preparation, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Contribute to postoperative wound care, cleaning and dressing wounds as needed.
- Monitor patients for signs of infection or complications and ensure proper healing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical software.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties, including standing for long periods and lifting equipment.
