The role of a content writer involves creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, a strong understanding of data analysis, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and create high-quality content
- Translate and adapt content for various marketing channels
- Identify relevant trends, keywords, and content gaps
- Establish content quality standards and ensure published content meets these benchmarks
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar
- Commission articles from writers and ensure timely delivery
- Evaluate and approve submitted articles for coherence and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content
- Edit and rewrite articles as needed
- Ensure all published content is of high quality, reader-friendly, and SEO-optimized
Requirements:
- Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to research and deliver error-free content
- Proficiency in Hindi and English language skills (speaking and writing)
- Interest in devotional, mythology, and spiritual spaces
- Strong understanding of data analysis and its application in content creation
- High accountability and initiative-taking skills
- Process-oriented mindset and scalability thinking
- Experience in building teams and scalable processes
- Familiarity with technology and its potential to enhance content creation processes
