Graphic Design Specialist

Wellversed is seeking an accomplished Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will involve designing high-impact visual materials for various platforms, in alignment with brand objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong creative skills and a portfolio showcasing their expertise in illustrative design and typography. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc., as well as Figma, is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience working with multiple design platforms, including digital and print formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop visually stunning designs for web, print, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and channels teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
  • Present design concepts, justify creative decisions, and adapt based on feedback from colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all visual materials meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in graphic design principles, with a strong portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
  • Strong foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and layout principles.
  • Ability to design for various platforms, including web, print, and social media.
  • Experience creating brand collateral, logos, and marketing assets.
  • Familiarity with print processes and file setup for print.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.).
Good to Have:
  • Working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
  • Experience in basic motion graphics.
  • UI design skills.
