About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Marketing Management Trainee to support our marketing efforts.

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Analyse market trends and create new, effective marketing campaigns.
  • Manage calendars for all activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Assist in creating annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with agencies to produce marketing materials.
  • Edit and proofread all marketing materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Execute marketing collaterals, including brochures, sample folders, and exhibitions.
  • Manage website content and SEO activities.
  • Measure digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
  • Conduct database marketing activities, including email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Utilize social media platforms, such as YouTube and Google Display Network, to increase brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with call centres and CRM systems for lead management.
  • Prepare weekly reports on all activities and deadlines.
  • Manage purchase orders and monitor expenses.
  • Verify bills and assist in preparing payment schedules.
