Senior Process Analyst Job Description

Key responsibilities of a Senior Process Analyst include leading financial systems testing, integration, support and reporting. They will work on tasks related to divisional systems conversion, data analysis and reconciliation.

  • Data Analysis: The Senior Process Analyst will perform thorough data analysis and reconciliation of converted data from the branch agency management system to central divisional systems.
  • Support and Maintenance: They will provide technical support for agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, maintaining organization of production support issues and prioritization.
  • Collaboration: This role requires collaboration with internal and external development teams to test, implement and resolve production issues and new functionality.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation is necessary.
  • An MBA - Finance, CA Inter, or any post-graduate in Finance degree is required.
