About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to drive innovation in app-driven cloud and hybrid solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading data science projects and delivering innovative technical solutions to solve complex problems and improve business outcomes.

  • Independently lead data science projects from start to finish, driving innovation through active research and applications of new theories, techniques, and technologies.
  • Design and develop machine learning/statistical models to ensure optimal performance, working closely with engineers to deploy models in production and track model performance.
  • Develop strong working relationships and deep partnerships with business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on business strategies and opportunities.
  • Drive technical innovation by staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in machine learning and predictive modeling.

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or Computer Science, along with 5-9 years of experience in software development.
  • Support-level knowledge of HP Quality Center ALM, UFT, and associated Add-Ins.
  • High level understanding of technology infrastructure, security concepts, and platforms.
  • Understanding of Windows, Linux, Networking, Load Balancing, Firewalls, and Virtual Machines.
  • Experience with Python, Scala, R, C++, or Java programming languages.
  • Experience with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, and other big data technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Experience with multiple AI/ML algorithms, including experience with Kafka.
  • Strong experience in SQL and database management.
