Job Title: AI Model Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Model Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and deploying Machine Learning (ML) pipelines across AWS cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience with pandas, SQL, and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn. They should also be familiar with AWS services including Lambda, Glue, CloudWatch, and Bedrock.

  • Familiarity with container workflows (Docker) and model lifecycle management is essential.
  • A foundational knowledge of observability practices and model deployment fundamentals is required.

This role supports AI systems used by developers or analysts and requires strong communication and documentation skills with a collaborative team mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deploy and maintain ML models using AWS services, including SageMaker, Fargate, and Bedrock.
  2. Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize GenAI model performance and reliability.
  3. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications is beneficial.
  4. Assist in building and maintaining internal model-serving platforms to support development teams.
  5. Implement containerized services using Docker and deploy them to AWS infrastructure.
  6. Participate in unit and end-to-end testing of ML pipelines, services, and monitoring workflows.
