Business Transformation Specialist\

We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving process improvements and facilitating change across the organization.

About the Role\
  • This position involves supporting the design and implementation of business process enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to drive reviews and transformations of work streams.

Main Responsibilities\
  • Gather business requirements through discovery sessions and research industry practices to inform IT and non-IT solutions.
  • Document detailed requirements and proposed solutions for review and approval by senior management.
  • Analyze current business usage of order to cash management processes and related IT tools.
  • Contribute to change management efforts, enhancing compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational productivity.
  • Participate in Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), including scenario design, data migration validation, and process reviews.
  • Train end users and provide functional support for process and system usage.
  • Collect and document enhancement requests from business teams, coordinating with IT for feasibility assessment.

Requirements\
  • A degree in a relevant field, with at least 5 years of working experience.
  • Process Improvement/Process Excellence certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in staffing or related industries is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with business process re-engineering, operations analysis, enterprise risk management, and business continuity management is necessary.
  • Demonstrate a holistic approach to problem-solving, with an ability to see the bigger picture and assess risks.
  • Be results-oriented, analytical, and innovative, with strong analytical skills to understand complex business problems and propose sound IT/non-IT solutions.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset and excellent leadership skills.
  • Be a strong team player with excellent networking abilities and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Technical Skills and Competencies Required\
  • Business Acumen - Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, industry dynamics, value drivers, services, systems, and processes.
  • Change Management - Act as a change agent capable of communicating and driving change throughout the organization.
  • Communication - Convey, receive, and share information to ensure mutual understanding internally and externally.
  • Problem Solving - Excellent listening and probing skills.
  • Technology Proficiency - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools.
  • Power BI - Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization, and with Power Automate for workflow automation and process improvement.
  • Salesforce Administration - Experience in Salesforce Administration, including user and data management, is a plus.
  • Workforce Management Tools - Knowledge of Workforce Management tools, Payroll systems, and Billing processes is highly desirable.
