Lead eLearning Project Manager

A strategic role for an experienced project leader in the eLearning space, with a focus on delivering high-impact initiatives.

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position that involves end-to-end project execution for custom learning solutions. You will own project planning, team management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.

  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality output while meeting cost and schedule commitments.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, and media specialists.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
  • Drive innovation across cost, quality, and productivity levers.
  • Proactively manage project risks, resource planning, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide clear feedback to team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project reporting, including billing and documentation.
  • Engage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure timely results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in the eLearning industry, delivering high-impact learning solutions.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the learning and development space.
  • Proven track record leading project teams of 15+ across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team coordination abilities.
