About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled French language professional to support procurement operations, including requisition reviews, supplier communication, and RFQ creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate and communicate effectively in French and English
  • Support internal teams with French documentation, email handling, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global locations
  • Assist in procurement or supply chain tasks
  • Maintain data accuracy and follow internal processes

Required Qualifications:

  • French language certification – Minimum B2 level
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in French
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of procurement/supply chain concepts
  • Experience in procurement systems such as SAP, SRM, Ariba, or Coupa
  • Internship or academic project related to procurement or logistics
